VFM Brokerage Limited will be a joint venture Securities Broker and Dealer, 50% stake will be taken by VFM Ventures Limited and 50% stake will be taken by Singapore based family office namely Asian Bull Capital Pte. ABBL would serve the high net worth individuals providing wealth management services based on discretionary and non-discretionary brokerage account to the esteemed clients.

Current Status
Company will be incorporated in first quarter of 2024 and apply for Broker license to BSEC and DSE.
