About the Company
VFM Asset Management will be a joint venture Asset Management Company, 50% stake will be taken by VFM Ventures Limited and 50% stake will be taken by Singapore based family office namely Asian Bull Capital Pte. Asian Bull AMC has a plan to launch 2 open ended mutual funds, namely –
• Asian Bull Growth Fund – Fund size – BDT 1000 crore
• Asian Bull Islamic Fund – Fund size – BDT 200 Crore

Current Status
Company will be incorporated in first quarter of 2024 and apply for AMC license to BSEC.
