In the beginning, VFM collects funds and fund commitment through Unit subscriptions from eligible investors (LPs & GPs).
Fund
Fund Corpus is constructed based on the subscriptions and commitments by eligible investors.
Investment
VFM invests the realized fund as per the Investment Management Agreement (IMA) and its Investment Policy.
Exit
Exits are made in line with the IMA considering opportunities and timeframe. The realized proceeds are transferred to the investors as per agreement.
