VFM has an advisory service wing since its incorporation in the year 2020 and it has a great credentials to handle infrastructure projects. VFM Advisory Services are fund raising, debtraising, mergers and acquisition, public private partnership transaction advisory, project structuring, feasibility study, financial modeling, corporate advisory and deal sourcing.

Current Status
VFM Venture is planning to acquire 60% stake of VFM Advisory Services in the first quarter of 2024.
